PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is formulated with salicylate detergent, dispersant, oxidation & corrosion inhibitor. With good detergency&dispersancy and antioxidation property, it can prevent the formation of high temperature deposit and paint film. At the same time, with good anticorrosion and antirust property, it can meet the strict requirement of railroad locomotive and protect the locomotive effectively for a long time.

BLENDING PROCESS
Select proper base oil, blend and heat up to 65±5℃. Add appropriate amount of antifoam, PPD and VII successively and then add the corresponding dosage of KTER-3414 after constant temperature blending evenly. Keep constant temperature blending evenly until qualified.

PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
This product can be used for blending railroad engine oil (Generation IV.) at 14.0% in base oil, which can meet the lubricating requirement of ND4 railroad locomotive and domestic high power railroad locomotive.

PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Please observe the SH/T 0164 standard and the MSDS of this product when storing, shipping, handling and using this product. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The highest storage temperature shall not exceed 75℃. For long term storage, the highest temperature shall not more than 45℃.
